KITCHEN
- Clean top and exterior of: stove, microwave, and fridge
- Wipe and polish stainless steel small & big appliances
- Clean surfaces of countertops, and backsplash
- Clean exterior of kitchen cabinets and drawers
- Clean and polish sink with under sink cabinet
We do not
- Pull out big appliances
- Wash dishes or pots
- Clean Oven ** Oven Cleaning is an additional service
- Clean inside of the fridge **It is an additional service
Maintenance Cleaning:
- We do not clean under sink/wipe & polish stainless steel big and small appliances.
BATHROOM
- Scrub and disinfect shower walls & glass/bathtub shower walls and toilet
- Clean and disinfect faucets, sinks with vanity cabinet & mirror
- Wipe off and sanitize doors, baseboards and switch lights
- Remove dust from ceiling fan
- Clean and disinfect head shower if reachable
Maintenance Cleaning:
- We do not clean doors/remove dust from ceiling fans.
LIVING AND DINING ROOM
- Tidy up couches and cushions
- Remove thoroughly dust from: TV stand, sides and centre tables, shelves and bookcases; portraits, and wall pictures or frames
- Wipe off dining tables, and dining furniture.
- Wipe off baseboards and windowsills
Interior Window Cleaning is not included
Maintenance Cleaning
- We do not clean baseboards and windowsills. Our removal of dust is lighter.
BEDROOMS
- Make beds
- Remove dust from bed frame, portraits, night tables, dressers
- Wipe off closets doors
- Clean closets with mirrors
- Clean baseboards and windowsills
Note:
- We mop under bed when there are no boxes or items. If a customer would want us to mop under the bed, we kindly request that items be left aside by the customer.
Maintenance Cleaning
- We do not clean baseboards and windowsills
- We do not clean under beds
- Wipe off closet doors or closets with mirrors
Special requests are welcomed and can be arranged via email. Our customers often request the cleaning of the oven and windows for an additional fee.
A Frequent Client Program is available. Our prices are based on the number of bedrooms/bathrooms and floors in your condo, loft or townhouse. We are proud to offer competitive and affordable prices.
MOVING IN/OUT:
See specifications in the Full Service. *Kindly take note of the following:
- We do not carry ladders. If you need the high cabinets to be cleaned cleaned, please provide a step stool
- We do not carry vacuums.
- Oven cleaning is included. Customers must spray the oven we suggest to follow the instructions provided.
- Moving in/out also includes the cleaning of the fridge (empty unit) kitchen cabinets.

- Medium Condo (1+Den/1.5 bathrooms) with oven cleaning, fridge and cabinets: $225.00 + HST( 5.5-6 hrs.)
- Large Condo (2 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms) with oven cleaning, fridge, and cabinets: $245 + HST(6-6.5hrs.)
- X-Large Condo (2 bedrooms + Den/2.5 bathrooms) with oven, fridge, and cabinets cleaning: $260.00 + HST(7-7.5 hrs.)

Additional Services
Should you require any other service in your home or need additional time? No problem! Additional hour is: $30 plus HST.
- Interior windows: Cost: $35 per hour, plus HST. (When weather allows we can clean balcony windows only, not the fence ones) clients must provide us with a step ladder, foldable squeegee, paper towels, and a bucket.
- Oven Cleaning: Cost $45 plus HST
- Fridge Cleaning: Cost $25-30 plus HST.
We do not clean walls, steam carpets or clean balconies with fences.
Oven Cleaning MUST be arrange with 1 day in advance. Customers need to spray the oven with the chemical of their choice. Cost $45, plus HST

OUR PRICES: Our prices are based on the size of your condo, loft or town home. Easy booking online, you can pay by credit card, or PayPal account.
OUR STAFF: We take pride and have passion in what we do; and we love working with pets!
Our staff is carefully selected, trained and hired. All cleaners have a negative recent Criminal Background Check at hiring. We hire motivated cleaners that earn above minimum wage and receive Ontario’s basic Legislation benefits, including WSIB. We are a team who loves providing an outstanding service. Our Products
We bring our cleaning products. We kindly request paper towels and a vacuum (if carpeted) if not carpeted, we use a broom, and a mop.
We use the SAFEBLEND brand, and other commercial brands to disinfect bathrooms.
Our General Duties in either of the services:
✓ We sweep and/or vacuum all floors. When vacuum is provided.
✓ We mop the floors in all areas with a microfiber mop, and we do not use any chemicals.
✓ We remove dust from furniture, shelving, mirrors, portraits and most ornaments. We use microfiber cloths to dust and dusters with a handle. If full cleaning removing dust in more thorough.
