MOVE IN/OUT
Home Cleaning Includes the cleaning of oven&fridge
KITCHEN
- Clean the top and exterior of the stove, microwave, and fridge
- Wipe and polish all stainless steel appliances (small and large)
- Clean countertops and backsplash surfaces
- Wipe the exterior of kitchen cabinets and drawers
- Clean and polish the sink and under-sink cabinet area
We do not
- Moving or pulling out large appliances
- Washing dishes or pots
- Oven cleaning (available as an add-on service)
- Interior fridge cleaning (available as an add-on service)
BATHROOM
- Scrub and disinfect shower walls, glass, and bathtub areas
- Clean and sanitize the toilet
- Clean and disinfect sinks, faucets, vanity cabinets, and mirrors
- Wipe and sanitize doors, baseboards, and light switches
- Dust ceiling fans
- Clean and disinfect the showerhead (if reachable)
LIVING AND DINING ROOM
- Tidy and arrange couches and cushions
- Thoroughly dust TV stands, side and center tables, shelves, and bookcases
- Dust wall décor including portraits, pictures, and frames
- Wipe dining tables and dining furniture
- Clean baseboards and windowsills
BEDROOMS
- Tidy and arrange couches and cushions

Special requests can be arranged via email, and optional add-on services—such as oven and window cleaning—are available for an additional fee.
We also offer a Frequent Client Program for recurring services. Our pricing is based on the size of your home, including the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and floors, ensuring clear and competitive rates.
MOVING IN/OUT:
Please refer to our Full Cleaning Service for detailed inclusions. Kindly note the following guidelines:
- Clients must provide a step stool for access to high areas (we do not carry ladders)
- Vacuums are not provided
- Oven cleaning is included; clients are required to pre-apply oven cleaner as per product instructions
- Move-in/move-out cleaning includes interior fridge (empty) and cabinet cleaning
- For safety reasons, we do not move heavy appliances or furniture

Move-In/Move-Out cleaning durations are estimates and may vary. Comprehensive services including oven, fridge, and cabinet interiors
- Small Condo (1 Bed / 1 Bath) — $200 + HST (Est. 4.5–5 hrs)
- Medium Condo (1+Den / 1.5 Bath) — $225 + HST (Est. 5.5–6 hrs)
- Large Condo (2 Bed / 2 Bath) — $245 + HST (Est. 6–6.5 hrs)
- X-Large Condo (2+Den / 2.5 Bath) — $260 + HST (Est. 7–7.5 hrs)

Our Products
We bring all necessary cleaning products. We kindly ask that clients provide paper towels and a vacuum for carpeted areas. For non-carpeted homes, we use a broom and mop.
We use SAFEBLEND along with other commercial-grade products to effectively disinfect bathrooms.
Our General Duties in either of the services:
✓ Floor care: sweeping, vacuuming (if available), and mopping with microfiber systems
✓ Surface dusting: furniture, shelving, mirrors, décor, and accessible surfaces
✓ Enhanced detailing: deeper dust removal included in full cleaning services
